Volunteer Opportunities

The SPCO Youth Chamber Music Competition could use your help.  

Please consider volunteering for:

  • Registration desk - Saturday Semifinals 
  • Guides - escort groups from their rehearsal room to the performance space
  • Page turner for pianists (if needed).  Must be experienced
  • Greeters - welcome and direct people as they enter competition spaces
  • Ushers - distribute programs at the Finals/Winners Recital 
  • Hospitality - assist with snacks at Semifinals and Finals and the reception following the Winners Recital

The Semifinal Round and the Finals/Winners Recital will take place in Sundin Hall, Hamline University. You can find  information regarding the site on the About the Competition page/ Visitor Information.

Prize Sponsorship Opportunity

Individuals, foundations or corporations who may be interested in serving as a sponsor of one of the competition's prizes - First and Second place, Wind Prize, Percussion Award - should Contact Us.  All sponsors of the competition will have their names and logos in the Finals/Winners Recital program and on the competition website.
